Guest rooms:
Stay in one of our three upstairs guest rooms: one with an ensuite bathroom and two sharing a hallway bathroom. All bookings include breakfast, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. Dinner is available on request.
Guests are welcome to share the kitchen, dining room, living rooms and music room with the family (and a friendly dog). Feel free to cook, read, play the piano or enjoy board and card games.
Please note that guest rooms are located upstairs and are accessible only by steep staircases.

Our cafe:
Rongahuset BnB & Café is a cosy café and pub in Evanger. Enjoy homemade food, local ingredients, good coffee, organic fruit juices, local ice cream and a relaxed village atmosphere. We also offer locally sourced products and second-hand books.
Open Sundays 12–18 for much of the year and Thursday–Sunday in summer, with pub nights until 1 am most Saturdays and occasional live music and cultural events.
Evanger
Evanger is a tiny, picturesque village just one hour from Bergen by car or train, and 20 minutes from Voss. Surrounded by mountains, rivers and fjords, it is an ideal base for exploring Western Norway. The village lies where the famous salmon river Vosso flows into Evangervatnet.
Rongahuset is a short walk from Evanger railway station, and free parking is available outside the house. The ski resorts and many other indoor and outdoor activities around Voss are within 20–60 minutes by car or train.
A small beach on Evangervatnet is just two minutes away. We have two kayaks available for guests to use when the weather is good. The village and surrounding region offer many beautiful hiking trails, ranging from easy walks to demanding mountain hikes.
